Zonzo Estateis dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and provide you with our email newsletter (if applicable). Whenever you use our website, or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its IP address, and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computers IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

In all cases we will treat your personal information with no less protection than that provided for by the Australian Privacy Principles set out under the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth) and any other privacy laws that are in force in Australia.

How we collect personal information about you.

We collect personal information when:

1. you interact with the system online (via a restaurants booking form, event form, online widgets etc);
2. you phone a restaurant to make a booking;
3. you visit in person, or in a store;
4. via any other means that you might interact with the venue or venue staff for example via email, e-newsletters or regular mail.
5. we may search any online public listing to find additional information on you which the restaurant may use. For example, we may use your email, mobile, or name to look up your profile on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or any other public website or social media site.

If you provide us with information via our website this information will only identify who you are if you provide us with your details (for example, if you provide us with your contact details). When you visit our website our web server collects the following types of information for statistical and security purposes:

Your Internet service providers address;
The number of users who visit the website;
The date and time of each visit;
The pages accessed; and
The type of browser used.

Obee will share your personal information with the venue or company in charge of running the restaurants that you interact with. Obee staff will have access to your personal details for the purpose of system maintenance, support, testing and troubleshooting. Obee will not sell or share the restaurants data (your personal information) with third parties.

Before we disclose your personal information to an overseas recipient such as a supplier or data warehouse:
(a) who is not in Australia or an external territory; and
(b) who is not the entity or the individual;
We take steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to your personal information.

Why we collect Personal Information and what is it used for?

We store your personal information to communicate with you in relation to your booking. We may use the information for:

1. a restaurant to correspond with a customer;
2. a restaurant to keep notes and offer their best possible service to the customer; and
3. the restaurant to send you marketing or promotional material where you have opted to receive this information.

How we hold or store the information we collect.

We store the information you provide to us and the information we collect electronically in our computer databases in order for the restaurant to communicate with you in relation to your booking. Access to our computer servers is controlled by firewalls and best practice security protocols.

To whom do we disclose the Personal Information?

We disclose personal information to our directors, employees and contractors only for a purpose that is consistent with the way we have informed you that we will use the information in this privacy policy.We may also disclose personal information to any person or authority where we are required to by law.

Other than as we have set out in our privacy policy, we will not disclosure your personal information without your prior consent.

Cookies

We use cookies to store and track information about your usage of our services. Cookies are encrypted and unidentifiable bits of information sent to your browser from a web server that is stored on your computers hard drive. Cookies are set each time you register, or log in or log out of our website. Cookies may be used to store your username and password so that you dont have to re-enter it each time you visit our website. We may also use cookies to gather aggregated information about user habits on our website and services. For example, we may use cookies to estimate the number of concurrent users, estimate the total number of users, measure traffic statistics and to better understand how our users are using our services.

Amending, deleting and how you can obtain access to your Personal Information
We try to ensure that all personal information about you that we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

If you want to obtain access to any personal information and data that we hold about you, or believe any of your personal information that we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or it is not necessary to hold it, you can contact the restaurant you have interacted with using our system or alternatively e-mail us at support@obee.com.au and we will use reasonable efforts to provide it and, if required, correct it. Upon your request, we will provide you with a summary of your personal information. In your request, please provide us with the name of the venue that you interacted with and your current specific contact information so that we can accurately check our records.

You may at any time, request that we amend or delete your personal information from our database by emailing support@obee.com.au with the name of the venue that you interacted with and the information you want to amend or delete. If you need us to delete, correct or amend this data, we will do so within 30 days.

Security and retention policies

We are committed to ensuring the security of the information we hold about you. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is protected from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. If you have requested your personal information to be removed from a particular restaurants database we will take reasonable steps to destroy the information and/or ensure that the information is de-identified.
We maintain our servers in a highly secure server environment with 24 X 7 monitoring, surveillance and support to prevent unauthorized access and data security. Advanced security measures including firewalls, security protocols, security guards and surveillance are taken to ensure the continued service and protection of our services from natural disaster, intruders and disruptive events.
If you use the Internet to communicate with us, you should be aware of the risks in transmitting information over the Internet. We do not have control over information while in transit over the Internet and we cannot guarantee its security. Any personal information that we no longer require is destroyed. An exception to this may be where records are retained to comply with legal requirements.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

All bookings on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays require a non-transferable/non-refundable deposit to be paid, which is deducted from the final bill. Deposit amount is dependent on the guest numbers you book for. For groups of 8 or more a deposit is also required on weekdays.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking payable by VISA or MasterCard.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SITTING TIMES*

SITTING TIMES

Sitting times apply to all bookings on the weekend and peak times. These vary from week to week. Please enquire for availability.

CONDITIONS

Groups of 7 or less are welcome to order directly from the Menu.

Please note, a limited Menu will apply on public holidays.

Groups of 8 adults or more are required to have our set $55 per person Zonzo Festa Menu. This includes antipasto, a round of wood-fired pizzas from our Menu (equates to half a pizza per person), followed by slow cooked lamb with roast potatoes and salad.

DETAILS

All food will arrive at the table when ready, and is placed into the middle of the table for everyone to share and enjoy.
Final guest numbers are due minimum one week prior to the booking. If your groups is 30 guests or more final numbers are due a minimum two weeks prior.
Final numbers given will be charged on the day.
Children 12 and under, order from the Kids Menu. High chairs upon request (limited availability)
Children must be actively supervised at all times.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please specify at the time of booking, as we are able to accommodate these. E.g. gluten free, lactose/fructose free, allergies, vegetarian, vegan etc.

CAKE FEE

The charge is $15 if you would like to bring a cake to our venue. We will store the cake, put candles on and light them (if provided), bring the cake to your table, supply plates, cutlery and knife. Due to time constraints Zonzo does not provide a cake cutting service this will need to be done by you.

ALL BOOKINGS

Online booking available 24/7. Phone bookings are available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm on+61 (03) 9730 2500.We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please note:

We are unable to split bills.
Tables cannot be held without a deposit. Deposit must be paid at time of booking.
Bookings of a certain size will be allocated on communal tables.
Strict property closure times may apply. Please enquire as to what these are.
No pets are permitted on the premises.
Zonzo Estate is a family friendly venue, therefore no adult/inappropriate decorations or games are permitted on the premises. Any group in violation of this will have their deposit forfeited and be asked to leave the premises immediately. No confetti or confetti filled balloons are permitted.
Bookings arriving any later than 30 mins from scheduled start time will have their table and deposit forfeited.

Any patrons that are in violation of RSA, or behaving inappropriately/disturbing other guests or staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Products and subscriptions are shipped the Monday following payment being made. Payment must be made and cleared before we ship the product(s).
Shipping price is per order. If purchasing a subscription, shipping is free within Australia. Shipping for international orders, including subscriptions, is dependent on third-party shipping fees.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Zonzo Estate is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a subscription you can do so at any time. This can be done by logging into your account, clicking into your subscription and pressing the cancel button. Refusal to accept delivery of wine or failed payment does not act as terminating your subscription.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers or notes of credit purchased in store and online:
cannot be redeemed for the cost of shipping;
are redeemable on any purchase of goods at the Zonzo Estate restaurant and zonzo.com.au;
cannot be replaced if lost/stolen;
will be given as a voucher if change is required; and
expire 6 months from purchase.

PAYMENTS

All transactions are processed in AUD.
Credit card payments are processed securely through a third party payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to Stripes terms and conditions. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Payment is due on order. Goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia. Please note, international shipping is available via calling us on +61 (03) 9730 2500. Some countries outside of Australia may require import duties and tax to be paid. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes in your own country if applicable. Prices may change at any time, but at no point will the cost of an active subscription increase.
When choosing to pay via subscriptions, you are accepting to pay on a recurring basis and acknowledge that an automatic payment will be made from your credit card based on the terms you set forward in your subscription (3/6/12 months). The first payment will be made immediately, with subsequent payments being deducted following the months you chose for it to recur. 3 month subscription: 3 Month Duration, One invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 3 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of 3 months. ?6 Month subscription: 6 Month Duration, One invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 6 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of subscription. 12 Month subscription: 12 Month Duration, One invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 12 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription.
