On the Palate, this Shiraz is full bodied and robust, yet elegant. The tannins are firm and integrated with plush fruit characters and provide both texture and structure. Dark fruit flavours of blackberry and blueberry are are the forefront, with cedar and pepper bringing a lovely balance to the red berry fruit. This Shiraz has significant ageing potential and is expected to develop further complexity over the next 5-8 years.
