Prepayment/Deposits:
All bookings are required to make prepayment or pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure their reservation. Please see below for more information.
Weekend + public holiday reservations:
Prepayment is required in full for the food component at the time of booking.
Please note, all payments are non-transferable or non-refundable once made.
Beverages must be paid on the day cashless (Visa and MasterCard only). No cash will be accepted.

Weekday reservations:
We are unable to take any tentative bookings without payment.

We ask that all bookings arrive 5 minutes prior to their booking time to check in. You will be required to exit as per the sitting time.
Due to COVID-19, you are not permitted to vacate outside or anywhere else on the premises. You must leave the premise at the end of your sitting.
Outside tables:
Outside tables are available to be booked.
These are subject to the weather as they are not undercover, and umbrellas only provide partial shade.
If you are booked outside and the weather is not suitable (eg/ extremely hot or raining) management will make an executive decision to either move the booking to an undercover area (subject to availability) or cancel it.
In the event of cancellation at management discretion, a full refund of the deposit will be given.
If you are booked outside, this is where your table will remain.
Dietary Requirements:
Please specify all dietary requirements at the time of the booking.We can accommodate all dietary requirements including (but not limited to): gluten free, lactose/fructose free, vegetarian, vegan and allergies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your Wine Club subscription, you are welcome to do so at any time. This can be done by calling Zonzo Estate directly +61 (03) 9730 2500. Please note, this cannot be done by logging into your account.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers or notes of credit purchased in store and online:
⋅ cannot be redeemed for the cost of shipping;
⋅ are redeemable on any purchase of goods at the Zonzo Estate restaurant (dine in) and zonzo.com.au;
⋅ cannot be replaced if lost/stolen;
⋅ will be given as a voucher if change is required; and
⋅ expire 3 years from date of purchase (as of 01.11.19). Extensions will not be granted on any vouchers.
PAYMENTS
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Credit card payments are processed securely through a third party payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Payment is due on order. Goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia. Please note, international shipping is available via calling us on +61 (03) 9730 2500. Some countries outside of Australia may require import duties and tax to be paid. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes in your own country if applicable. Prices may change at any time, but at no point will the cost of an active subscription increase.
When choosing to pay via subscriptions, you are accepting to pay on a recurring basis and acknowledge that an automatic payment will be made from your credit card based on the terms you set forward in your subscription (3/6/12 months). The first payment will be made immediately, with subsequent payments being deducted following the months you chose for it to recur. 3 month subscription: 3 month duration, one invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 3 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of 3 months. 
6 Month subscription: 6 month duration, one invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 6 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of subscription. 12 month subscription: 12 month duration, one invoice, 1 delivery of 6 bottles every 12 months, Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription.

DEPOSIT
All bookings on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays require a non-transferable/non-refundable deposit to be paid, which is deducted from the final bill. Deposit amount is dependent on the guest numbers you book for. For groups of 8 or more a deposit is also required on weekdays.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking payable by VISA or MasterCard.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SITTING TIMES*

Sitting times apply to all bookings on the weekend and peak times. These vary from week to week. Please enquire for availability.
CONDITIONS
Groups of 7 or less are welcome to order directly from the Menu.
Please note, a limited Menu will apply on public holidays.
Groups of 8 adults or more are required to have our set $55 per person Zonzo Festa Menu. This includes antipasto, a round of wood-fired pizzas from our Menu (equates to half a pizza per person), followed by slow cooked lamb with roast potatoes and salad.
DETAILS
All food will arrive at the table when ready, and is placed into the middle of the table for everyone to share and enjoy.
Final guest numbers are due minimum one week prior to the booking. If your groups is 30 guests or more final numbers are due a minimum two weeks prior.
Final numbers given will be charged on the day.
Children 12 and under, order from the Kids Menu. High chairs upon request (limited availability)
Children must be actively supervised at all times.

CAKE FEE
The charge is $15 if you would like to bring a cake to our venue. We will store the cake, put candles on and light them (if provided), bring the cake to your table, supply plates, cutlery and knife. Due to time constraints Zonzo does not provide a cake cutting service this will need to be done by you.
ALL BOOKINGS
Online booking available 24/7. Phone bookings are available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm on+61 (03) 9730 2500.We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We are unable to split bills.
Tables cannot be held without a deposit. Deposit must be paid at time of booking.

Zonzo Estate is a family friendly venue, therefore no adult/inappropriate decorations or games are permitted on the premises. Any group in violation of this will have their deposit forfeited and be asked to leave the premises immediately. No confetti or confetti filled balloons are permitted.
Bookings arriving any later than 30 mins from scheduled start time will have their table and deposit forfeited.
Any patrons that are in violation of RSA, or behaving inappropriately/disturbing other guests or staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
