Our 2023 Sagrantino opens with a beautifully perfumed nose of floral spice and a dusting of cocoa powder, leading into notes of black pepper, dark berries and earthy depth. Fine, dusty tannins glide lightly yet persistently across the palate, adding texture and intrigue.

The palate is fresh and focused, layered with cherry pip, blackberries, cedar and pepper. There’s a lovely weight and density to the wine without it ever feeling heavy or overbearing. It builds beautifully through the palate and lingers long after each sip, finishing with warm, spicy notes.

A perfect pairing for slow cooked lamb, mushroom pizza and Tiramisu.
